Pairing: Nick/Monroe
Summary: For the kinkmeme prompt, "Nick likes it when Monroe bites him."
Nick will complain in the morning, looking in the mirror at the dark bruise--unmistakably a hickey--and griping that his jacket collar won't cover it. He'll talk about how Hank will tease him, asking who the new lover is and whether or not he had to ask nicely to get that mark.
Monroe will ignore him, but Nick will notice an extra dab of cream cheese on his bagel in the morning or the way his coffee is just the way he likes it (a dash of cream, one sugar, and cooled to perfect drinking temperature).
The whole day he'll feel itchy and unprofessional, his face heating up as witnesses try hard not to let their eyes drift to the obvious redness blushing up from his collar.
The other officers will catcall him and nudge him in the ribs, grinning widely and knowingly, waggling their eyebrows and making kissy faces as he laughs it off good-naturedly.
Captain Renard will raise one delicate eyebrow, quirk a small half-smile with one side of his mouth, nod, and say nothing.
But none of that really matters when he thinks about the warm body covering his back, a muscled arm wrapped around his waist, the soft groans and hot pants of their breath filling the room, the shiver as a frission of pleasure bolts up his spine when Monroe sinks his teeth into his neck.
Mine, Monroe whispers into his ear, and he moans in response.
Every time he brushes his fingertips over that soreness, he feels that flush that tells him who he belongs to.
